FAQ

HOW MANY DO YOU CREATE OF EACH ARTWORK?

Each artwork is a one off and is completely unique. If an artwork on the site is sold and you wish to purchase the piece, you can contact me kate@katecarnegie.com and I can work on a custom order to re create the artwork in a similar way. The new artwork will not be identical to the original piece, but rather inspired by it with notable discrepancies .

HOW MANY EDITIONS ARE THERE OF THE PRINTS ?

Each of the Prints are limited editions and are 1 of 5 (unless specified).

DO YOU WORK ON COMMISSIONS? WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?

Yes we do. If you are interested in a commission piece, please send an email to kate@katecarnegie.com to discuss what it is that you are wanting. Once the commission has been confirmed, we require a 30 % deposit on the piece. A small mock up of the artwork will be made and sent to you via email for approval before starting on the artwork . Once the mock up is approved, the remaining balance of the piece is paid for in full. If you decide to not go ahead with the commission after the mock up artwork has been created, your deposit will be forfeited.

DO THE LARGE SCALE CANVASES COME STRETCHED AROUND THE FRAME AND READY TO HANG ?

Yes all of our canvas artwork comes stretched around the frame and ready to hang upon delivery.

DO YOU SUPPLY UNFRAMED ROLLED CANVASES?

If you would prefer a rolled canvas (non stretched/framed) simply contact us at kate@katecarnegie.com after placing your order and this can be organised for you.

HOW DO THE A0 SIZE ARTWORK COME?

The A0 mixed media pieces are painted on paper and mounted. They come unframed. If you would like any of the A0 size works made into a larger scale or painted on canvas that can be arranged. Please contact kate@katecarnegie.com to discuss prices.

HOW DO THE PRINTS COME?

Unmounted.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

After your order has been submitted, we will contact you immediately and let you know the lead times to get your artwork to you. This may vary between 10 days – 2 months.
Commission pieces can take substantially longer, sometimes up to 6-8 weeks.
